There is no such thing as beneficial frequencies. There are therapeutic frequencies, that must be tailored to individuals and their particular illnesses if they are to be used at all. The same frequency will have different effects on different people and on the same person at different times. What will help one person will kill another person. The literature also indicates that the effect of particular frequencies varies from place to place on the earth. For calcium efflux, both the frequency and amplitude windows of maximal effect depended on the direction and magnitude of the earth's magnetic field. And, a cell phone signal is not one frequency. If it is to carry information, it is pulsed and modulated in complex ways. And if 8 billion people are going to be using them at the same time, they have to be using millions of different carrier frequencies. And if you lower the exposure limits so cell phones can't be manufactured, then you are contradicting yourself when you say they are here to stay.
If this technology is here to stay, you can kiss the earth goodbye.

For calcium balance in brain cells, from many laboratories including the Environmental Protection Agency (Carl Blackman), there are power windows of maximum effect, and decreasing the dose a thousandfold can increase the effect. For DNA conformational state, the magnitude of the effect is identical over 16 orders of magnitude. For reproduction in fruit flies, there was a power window of maximal effect. Allan Frey explained in 1990 why there is generally no dose-response. It is because EMFs are not a toxin like chemicals. He likened it to tuning a radio. The signal strength can be vanishingly small, but if the radio is tuned to that frequency, it will receive the signal. Ross Adey described our cells as "whispering" to one another in the RF spectrum. When external signals match not only the frequencies but the tiny amplitudes of those whisperings, they are recognized by our cells and they interfere with internal communication.
But the bottom line is we have studies that show that there is no dose-response for many of the effects of EMFs. We do not have studies that show there is a dose response for most effects. That is an assumption based on incorrect analogy with chemical toxins.

Arthur, I suggest you read Dirk Meijer and Hans Geesink papers, list below. They have done extensive literature surveys to back up their model work. Just because they don’t have biology degrees does not lessen their mathematical modelling work. There are plenty of examples in history where we have charged ahead with technology and had to retrofit protection to increase safety as we learned more. I don’t believe it’s the end of the world. That’s just scaremongering. Besides your book how many peer-reviewed publications have you produced on this subject?

All forms of human endeavour comes with risk. Its about lowering the risk. Non-thermal bioeffects in experiments designed to look for these effects show that these bioeffects are real. Around 70% show “Effect” and 30% “No Effect”. I believe that no amount of quality rejection criteria to exclude studies will change this fact. Some of these bioeffects are present in disease so its plausible that these bioeffect due to exposure to this man-made wireless radiation will play a part in promoting and possibly creating disease. Lowering exposure to any given agent will lower the risk. It’s about what risk is acceptable for mass exposure of humanity and the evironment. ICNIRP mantra of “no risk” no matter what your health status is not credible given our current level of knowledge. ICNIRP 2020 dropping the precautionary principle is another grating point with me.

Our understanding has increased since early 1990’s, albeit at the expense of humanity and the environment. We need to take into account the research work and apply it to making this radiation safer. As I said earlier this technology is here to stay.
Exposure limitation also has a part to play in the applying a risk management approach and cannot be dismissed. Setting lower limits does change behaviour of manufactures.

If you think the earth will survive, then you are not paying attention. We have already lost most of the insects and small birds. I receive communications from all over the world from people who witness, from one day to the next, the total disappearance of insects, snails, worms, birds, and other creatures as soon as a 5G cell tower goes up. The human race may be the last species to go because we have drugs and surgeries to deaden the pain and keep us alive.
I am a refugee from 2G technology. It exiled me and nearly killed me within 6 days of being turned on in New York City on November 14, 1996. My mother is 101 and I have not seen her in 24 years. I cannot socialize, be in crowds, go to concerts, or stand in line at the post office because everyone has a damned cell phone on their person.

We’ve tested PEMF technology and can see dramatic benefits in people after exposure for 8-40 minutes. These beneficial frequencies (and there are many of them) increase blood flow, reduce rouleau formation, reduce pain and reduce inflammation. Frequencies have been used to promote bone healing since the 1970s and there are several PEMF devices that are still used in this fashion for people and for animals.
I’ve witnessed dramatic improvements in people and have seen x-rays of broken bones heal very quickly. Foot sores among diabetics can lead to amputation but after PEMF treatments these sores heal relatively quickly.
I’ve worked with arthritic subjects who have improved mobility of joints and reduced pain after just one treatment. So please do not state that there are no beneficial frequencies.

Living organisms require certain essential chemicals that they don’t produce themselves and if the levels are too low they can suffer from deficiencies … scurvy is a good example. However, some chemicals are toxic even in low concentrations (mercury, for example). I believe that we have frequency deficiencies and frequency toxicities as well. The Schumann resonance is built into a lot of the PEMF devices as a natural earth frequency that is beneficial.
No need to kiss the earth goodbye even if we continue to use cell phones. The earth will do OK. She’s gone through a lot worse with multiple ice ages and multiple extinctions. Just 10,000 years ago, where I live right now in Canada, was under more than 1 km of ice! The situation is dire but no need to exaggerate it with doomsday warnings.
